By purchasing any product developed by Majako on the company’s official site — "www.Majako.net" (hereinafter refereed as the Site) or on nopCommerce Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read this document, agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in it, and give your consent to use Majako products in compliance with these rules.

COPYRIGHT
Majako is an exclusive copyright holder of all the content on the Site and all the products sold.
Redistribution or republication of any part of the Site or its content (including copying the content by framing or using other similar techniques) is impossible without the express written consent of Majako.
Redistribution, use or publication of any Majako product(-s) and or some part of its code is strictly prohibited.

PRODUCT LICENSE
Any Majako extension (paid and free) can only be used in one nopCommerce installation.
If the Customer needs to install the extension on multiple nopCommerce installations, a purchase must be made of that extension per nopCommerce installation.
Majako reserves the right to refuse support and refunds to customers that do not adhere to this process.

REFUND
Majako shall not issue refunds after the Software is shipped or downloaded. Please make sure, before buying a software product (the Software) from this web site, that you have read carefully the description, specifications and all other information published on the software product page of the software product, which you intend to buy and that you have carefully tested the demo of the software product. Despite our non-refundable policy Majako will carefully examine every individual claim for a refund. If your motives to be refunded for your purchase are deemed reasonable by Majako, Majako will refund your purchase in 14 days after receiving your purchase refund claim.

DELIVERY POLICY (for Downloadable Digital Goods)
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

TECH SUPPORT
Majako offers one year free email support for products purchased on the company’s Site. Majako undertakes to timely fix any bugs detected by the Customer when using the extensions.
